Having worked with both genders I find women are equal to men. The individual, regardless of gender, dictates intelligence.
Perhaps if you spent more time treating women as equals instead of paraphrasing some Psychologist you will find that you can't learn everything in class.

I'm also quite sure there is some study out there that supports the idea that women are better than men.
